Please read our terms and conditions carefully which are as follows:

*MOQ: We expect your minimum order quantity for the order to be of at least 35 to 50 Instruments. 

*Price: Our prices are on FOB, C&F, or CIF basis depending upon our customer preference.

*Price Revision: Prices are revised after every one years but may be revised after every 6 month depending upon the frequency of price-hike and to the mutual consent of our worthy clients.

*Quotation Validity: Quotation/Estimation is valid for 15 days and are subject to approve on receipt of order.

*Price Quoted: We retained the right to invoice at a higher amount when prices are quoted for a specified tender or order and the final quantity is below that stated.

*Order Acceptance: All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein, and upon buyer’s assent thereto. No violation of these terms and conditions will be binding upon seller unless agreed to in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of seller.

*Order Cancellation: Contracts after having been confirmed are final and cannot be changed or canceled upon acceptance.

*Payment Terms: For new clients, our payment terms are L/C irrevocable at sight or advance remittance. However, we change the payment term to CAD or to credit period after having successfully done our business with the new clients for at least one year.

*Payment Options: All payment should be made in US dollars, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent to you. We are providing 4 following options for payment to our customers:

1. Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Cheque or Bank Draft favoring Smithcare to our postal address, or, you may send Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.

2. Partial Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 50% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.

3. Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit, must be to the account of the buyer.

*Sampling: All samples order are available against cost and freight upon request. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products.

*Lead Time: Irrespective of the volume of our customers’ orders, the minimum lead time for consigning the sample order will be 3 to 5 working days and for smaller order 15-45 workings days and for the larger order it will be 45-90 workings days and for bulk orders it will be 90 to 180 workings days from the date of receipt of confirmed orders or from the date of confirmations of our quotations unless otherwise stated on the quotation or invoice.

*Mode of Shipments: Primarily, our shipments are made via air-freight. However we also use Air Post Parcel, Sea Post Parcel, Courier, etc. upon special requests from customers. The freight charges vary according to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch. C.I.F. rates are quoted if you inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred by you.

*Stamps: We stamp our products free of cost and as decided during the ordering process. However under special circumstances, we provide private label services and put the required marks or brands on the instruments as per client requirements.

*Packaging Details: All instruments are initially packed in poly bags and 12 pieces are packed in cardboard box finally packed in export worthy cartons. Weight of each carton comes around 20 to 25 kg. Size of export worthy carton are in a. 12 inches x 12 inches x 9 inches b. 12 inches x 12 inches x 12 inches c. 14 inches x 14 inches x 16 inches

*Stock item: At Smithcare we maintain inventory on FIFO (first in first out) system. We attempt to deliver from stock wherever possible, although in the event of limited supply of an item we may dispatch a part delivery. The balance of the order will follow as soon as possible after this time and separate carriage charges may apply. Please indicate on your order if you do not wish to receive part deliveries on this basis.

*Tracking Details: We email shipping (and tracking) details to buyers once we dispatch the goods by courier. If sent by Airmail, then it is not possible to provide tracking information.

*Product Guarantee: All products are guaranteed for 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against faults arising from faulty workmanship or materials, this excludes accidental damage, misuse and fair wear & tear. To obtain warranty service please return the complete product to Smithcare. A written explanation of the claimed fault must accompany the goods.

*Return or exchange policy: We have a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a prompt refund or exchange. To validate our warranty, please ensure all instruments follow our care guidelines: Recently purchased instruments can be returned if returned within 7 days of purchase date and the instruments have not been used or sterilized. *Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective, Smithcare will promptly exchange.
